- First design memory: looking at Florida Design Magazine for the first time, I remember a big contempory home that looked like a resort with lots of bright blues, black, white and silver… very 90′s!
- Why I should win NNTMH Designer of the year?
I like to be inovative and brave with my design choices but always keep in mind the classics of what made interior design what it is today

A luxurious resort in Fiji

tape measure… always!
- At what point of the day do you feel most inspired?
after a few cups of coffee… usually in the morning, but sometimes right as I’m falling asleep

anything that harms or endangers wildlife

well two things… I like to surf and rock out to punk music
- What did you aspire to be as a child?
I just wanted to be a grown up… but now I think if I hadn’t been a designer I might have been a detective or a veterinarian.
- Strangest design request: A pink porch ceiling… but it actually turned out really cool.. The color is Sherwin William’s Flower Pot … just in case anyone wants to try it out
- You want me to design around that? Someone wanted to display an extra large Betty Boop doll.. it ended up on top of the piano, out of my control!
- My secret to design: something black, something shinny
- What I plan to do with my $25,000: I will finally be able to pay my parents back for putting me through design school, thanks mom & dad! I will also open my own design firm in Wilmington and hire other young ambitious designers.
ohh yea, & I am also am passionate about saving dogs, so I would like to help out some rescues as well
